Return and refund conditions

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Should you still need to return an item, the following guidelines apply:

Returns and refunds

  • You can return products within 14 days of receipt.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including original packaging.

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item. We will let you know whether the refund has been approved or declined.

  • Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

Exception

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift card

  • Personalized or customized items (unless defective)

  • Opened ointments, creams or skin care products for hygienic reasons

Return shipping

  • The customer pays for the return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

How to return

To initiate a return, contact us at hei@norvis.no with your order number and reason for return, and we will respond to you as soon as we can with further follow-up.
